This looks so adorable on, its comfortable for children to wear and adds such a smart touch to an outfit. The inside band measurement is 54cm circumference - this fits children approximately 2-5 years of age (it is shown on the pictures on a 4 year old model). It does have a chin strap too, which is optional and can just easily be cut off if your child doesnt want it.
